I began to deal with yoga intensively almost 10 years ago. Once I visited a morning ashtanga class and I stayed there. It was very challenging and spotted the unknown areas in my body map, in my integrity. I completed a spine yoga instructor course in Mandala Yoga Studio, and I began teaching almost immediately. In 2016 I graduated as a hatha yoga teacher having finished a TTC 200 hrs in Bindusar Yoga Studio. Nowdays I give hatha and special spine yoga classes in different studios in Budapest (see “Csoportos órák”), I also give private classes in Budapest.
During my classes I emphasise the consciousness, the quality of breathing and movement. These elements gives you a flexible, healthy and strong body, and also a calm mind.

- Diving into postures, whether you need special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand or handstand.
- Developing confidence to practice in group settings.
- Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain.
